Jižní bránu Sądeckých Beskyd po staletí střežilo nyní lázeňské město Muszyna. Naše sdružení již mnoho let spolupracuje s orgány tohoto města při ochraně netopýrů. Město Muszyna uspořádalo 1. a 2. dubna 2022 školení pro průvodce a pracovníky v cestovním ruchu. Záštitu nad ním převzala Polská společnost přátel přírody „pro Natura“. Účastníci školení přijeli z různých částí Malopolska, od Gorlic, přes Nowy Sącz, Krościenko nad Dunajcem až po Krakov. Program akce oplýval různými atrakcemi – terénní hrou, přednáškami a workshopy. Údolí řeky Poprad je strážní věží Krainy Podkowca, kde se netopýři cítí velmi dobře (stejně jako průvodci!). Piotr Firlej během setkání představil projekt LIFE+ Horseshoe Towers a hovořil o certifikovaném školení pro průvodce Krainy Podkowca, které otevíráme koncem letošního rok.
